You can make this convertible beach towel bag using a tutorial by Pam Hastings on the Coats and Clark blog. When it’s a bag, you can use it to carry sunscreen, sunglasses, and maybe some magazines. There’s a zippered pocket on the front to hold smaller items. When you get to the pool (or beach), use the separating zipper across the top to convert it to a beach towel for laying out.
