Tutorial: Crossover skirt and ruffled petticoat for a little girl’s dress

Chelsea from GYCT Designs shows how you can create a crossover skirt with a ruffled petticoat for a little girl’s dress. This would make a beautiful Easter dress! The skirt is made with angled ends overlapping at the front, with a ruffled petticoat peeking through. She uses this with her Holly & Ivy Dress, but this will work with any little girl’s dress pattern that has a basic bodice and gathered skirt. You’ll keep the bodice but replace the skirt using her tutorial.
