Anne from WobiSobi shares a tutorial at I Love To Create showing how to make this crystal tulle skirt. The tulle is cut as a circle skirt so you get fullness without adding too much bulk around the hip. Tulle tends to be scratchy, but the lining of this skirt is made from a t-shirt that’ll be soft.
