Karin from Leigh Laurel Studios shares a tutorial at the Sizzix blog showing how you can make this denim pillow cover with appliqued stars. The finished dimensions are 12″ x 16″, a standard boudoir size. A hidden zipper in the side allows you to remove the cover when needed. There are 14 stars appliqued on the front. She used her Sizzix to cut out all of them. If you have a die cutter, it’s a quick and easy way to cut out all those small shapes. But if you don’t have a die cutter, you can cut them out by hand. Go to the Sizzix blog for the tutorial.
