Sewing Pattern: Diagonal ruffle t-shirt

Heather from Feather’s Flights shows how you she created this pretty ruffle t-shirt. She used a basic t-shirt pattern and adapted it to give it a diagonal flounce across the front. Her tried & true t-shirt pattern is the Union St. Tee by Hey June, but her instructions will work with any basic t-shirt pattern.
