When Nanny from Nannynotes2u needed an “easy dress” or adaptive shirt for her dad who is in a nursing facility, she figured out how to make one out of an existing shirt. She slit the shirt up the back and added gussets at the arm so it can go over his head without any buttons undone on the front. From the front, it looks just the same as before. She was able to find another shirt exactly like the original, so the added fabric is not noticeable.
