Cathy from Trinkets in Bloom shares a tutorial showing how you can DIY a patched skirt like this one. I’m loving the funky mix of patterns and the asymmetrical patching. You’ll need a heavy fabric like a canvas or denim for the skirt. The patch pieces can be quilting weight cottons and can come from your scrap stash. For a fun fall look, you could use a mix of plaid fabrics.
