Tutorial: DIY yoga mat

yogamatJess from The Sewing Rabbit shows how you can make your own yoga mat.  It’s made from quilting cotton with a batting inside to give padding.  The rainbow print she used is so happy it might actually make me want to exercise!  (If you’re going to use it on a slick surface, she suggests making the back nonstick using Puffy Paint.)
