Rachel from Nest Full of Eggs shares a tutorial at Sew, Mama, Sew! showing how to make her Double Layered Chevron Circle Skirt for little girls. It’s made from a striped knit fabric that she pieces together to make a chevron design before cutting the circle skirt layers.
