Justine at Sew Country Chick show show she drapes a basic bodice block on a dressform. She suggests using this patternmaking method if you are planning on making a pattern available in a range of sizes, as opposed to making a pattern in one size only. Her tutorial shows how she pins and drapes and marks a muslin on a dressform to create the basic bodice block. Once she has her block, she can modify it to create any number of bodice designs. (She’ll show how to do that in future posts.) Go to her tutorial to see how she creates the basic block.
