Tutorial: Dreamer Skirt

Andrea from Andrea’s Notebook shows how to make the prettiest little pleated skirt, her Dreamer Skirt. It IS dreamy, isn’t it? Her tutorial is part of the Skirting the Issue series hosted by Simple Simon & Co. She used a heavier weight fabric, which gives such a beautiful silhouette with the deep pleats. Using her measurements will make a skirt to fit a girls size 10, but you can adjust them to make this skirt in any size.
