Shauna from Shwin & Shwin shows how to make this dreamy layered circle skirt. The layers are so soft and floaty, I thought at first it was a chiffon. It turns out that she made it from swim suit lining. The swim suit lining is lightweight and drapey like a chiffon but much easier to work with and the edges won’t fray. (Always a bonus when working with curved edges!) She shows it for her little girl, but this would be nice for older girls and even adults. Go to Shwin & Shwin for the tutorial.
