Tutorial: Dress up as a rotary cutter and cutting mat for Halloween

This being a sewing blog, I figure most of our readers will immediately recognize what this Halloween costume is. A rotary cutter and cutting mat! And not just any rotary cutter, an OLFA brand cutter with the signature black and yellow. I love it!! Kari from U Create shares a tutorial showing how you can make one. The costume includes a t-shirt with an oversized applique of a rotary blade, and a big cardboard cutting mat with shoulder straps so you can wear it on your back. Your crafty friends will think it’s one sharp costume. (Sorry for the pun, couldn’t resist.)
