Tutorial: Easter basket tote with ric rac trim

Michele from The Scrap Shoppe shares a tutorial at The Ribbon Retreat showing how to make this Easter basket tote trimmed with jumbo ric rac. She used vinyl transfer material to personalize them with her children’s names. If you don’t have access to a cutter, you could also use applique or embroidery to add a name to the basket.
