Tutorial: Easy Halloween trick or treat banner

Melissa from Polka Dot Chair shows how you can make this cute Halloween trick or treat banner. It’s super easy, with only one seam to sew! It’s also a good way to use fabric scraps, especially if you have a collection of Halloween scraps left over from another project. If you needed to make this a no-sew project, you could easily just use fusible tape or fabric glue in place of the one seam.
