Tutorial: Easy princess costume shirt

Marissa from Rae Gun Ramblings shows how you can make this Cinderella costume shirt. It’s easy to make because you start with a purchased tank top and just add the puffy princess sleeves. Wear it with a matching tulle tutu and you’ve got a quick, cute Halloween costume. She made one for herself to wear, but this would also work for little girls.
