She designed it as a last minute Christmas gift to sew, but of course Christmas is not the only time we might need a pot holder. In fact, I like the idea of making simple projects like this AFTER Christmas. It’s satisfying to get some stress-free sewing in after the hectic of the holidays, and fun to do something nice for yourself. Or, plan waaaay ahead and stash them for Christmas gifts next year!
