Tutorial: Easy ruffle shoulder sweater

Mary from Sew Much Love, Mary shows how she refashioned a plain sweater with awkward sleeves to create this trendy ruffle shoulder sweater. She replaced the stretched out awkward length sleeves with full length sleeves cut from another fabric, and added a cute ruffle accent while she was at it.
