Tutorial: Fabric covered hanger with a matching sachet

A fabric covered hanger with a coordinating sachet makes a nice gift, perhaps as a bridal gift or for Mother’s Day or birthday. Mary Beth from Retro Monkeys shares a vintage project sheet at the Pattern Patter blog for making them. The hanger is padded underneath the fabric covering. You can hang the sachet from the neck of the hanger to keep a special garment smelling nice. The vintage project sheet was originally published by The Spool Cotton Company in 1942.
