Tutorial: Falling Shamrock watercolor tea towel

Jessa from Sparkle shows how she made her beautiful Falling Shamrock tea towel.  She used DecoArt’s Ink Effects fabric transfer ink to create the watercolor shamrocks.  It’s pretty for St. Patrick’s Day, but you could use this same technique with other simple shapes to make towels for other holidays, or for year round décor.  It would also be a cool effect on garments.  Go to Sparkle for the tute.
