Maggie from Smashed Peas and Carrots shares a tutorial at Skip To My Lou for making a fleece ear warmer. The wide head wrap fits snugly around the head, covering your ears to keep the cold and wind off of them. They’re super easy to make, and would be great gifts to give. Or, for charity sewing, why not whip up a stack of them to give to your school’s coat closet? A few yards of fleece and an evening of sewing would keep a lot of little ears warm this season.
