Stephanie from The TipToe Fairy shows how to make floaty fabric butterfly wings for small children to wear for dress-up. She uses batik quilting cottons to get the beautiful mix of colors. They attach with elastic shoulder straps. An additional set of straps at the wrist will hold the wings out when your child runs, allowing the fabric to float gracefully behind.
