Tutorial: Folded fabric Christmas ornaments

These folded fabric ornaments are actually made from two circles of fabric. Crouton Crackerjacks shares a video tutorial showing how you can do it.  The sewing is actually pretty simple, with just one seam and then some hand stitches.  This looks like such fun!

When I was traveling in Japan, I came across these beautiful folded fabric ornaments. I was instantly drawn to them and knew I had to have one. I asked the shopkeeper where they were from, and she told me that they were made by a local artist.

I was so touched by the thoughtfulness and care that went into each one of these ornaments, I knew I had to share a similar tutorial with you. These ornaments make the perfect handmade gift for your loved ones. They are simple to make, but the results are stunning.

I hope you enjoy making these ornaments as much as I do. They are a beautiful way to show your loved ones how much you care.
