Tutorial: French Mariniere t-shirt dress for little girls

Justine from Sew Country Chick shares a tutorial at Project Run and Play showing how she made her French Mariniere t- shirt dress for her little girl. The perfect placement of the blue stripes, leaving the top portion plain white, is not a happy accident. She used fabric paint to create stripes exactly where she wanted them.
