Tutorial: Fringe shoulder sweater
Daniela from Curly Made shows how you can use a bit of fringe and decorative ribbon to update a plain sweater. She creates little fringed embellishments for the shoulders. She shows how you can create your own fringe from crochet thread, but you could also purchase fringe from the fabric store.
