Tutorial: Fringed flannel scarf with felt heart appliques

This fringed flannel heart scarf is cute for Valentine’s day, or any cold day when you want to keep your neck warm. I’m sharing a tutorial over at Bombshell Bling showing how you can make it. It’s made from two layers of flannel (snuggly and soft!). The edges are finished through the main length of the scarf, but the fringe is left raw. For a quick finish, you can just cut and tie. Or, more a cleaner (but more time-consuming) finish you can pull the threads for a soft fluffy fringe.
