The movie Frozen might make you think of winter, but Christine from Heidi & Finn shows how she created a summer tunic inspired by the crazy popular kids’ movie. She added an Elsa silhouette to a sleeveless tunic, and then sprinkled embroidery, sequins, beads, and iron on crystals to make a spray of ice crystals tossed from Elsa’s hands. She used the Tulip Pinafore pattern by too sweets (part of the Sew Fab bundle available this week), but you could make this with any t-shirt or tunic pattern. This could also be a cool design to add to a gathered skirt. Go to Heidi & Finn to read how she did it.
