Mealtime gets messier as baby learns to feed herself. Cute little baby bibs just don’t provide enough coverage for a self-feeding baby or toddler. Daniela from On The Cutting Floor shares a free pattern at DIY Crush for making a full-coverage bib for an older baby or toddler. It’s got long sleeves and a full front (like a shirt) with a pocket at the bottom to catch crumbs. And because it’s made from vinyl, it’ll wipe clean easily. Her free pattern comes in three sizes: Small (12-24 months), Medium (2T-3T), and Large (3T – 4T).

Edited to add: Unfortunately this pattern above is no longer available for the full coverage bib with sleeves but we were able to find this alternative free pattern.
