Tutorial: Gathered camisole dress from a maxi skirt

D’Arcy-Jean Milne, author of Fabric Leftovers, shares a tutorial on her blog showing how she refashioned a maxi skirt into a gathered camisole dress. What a clever refashion! Don’t have a maxi skirt in your refashioning stash? I suspect that you could also use a large man’s buttondown shirt to create a shorter, tunic length dress. Read her tute to find out how.
