Tutorial: Gathered skirt with a lace ruffle hem

Pam from Threading My Way shows how you can sew an easy elastic waist skirt with a pretty lace ruffle at the hem. The simple gathered skirt is super versatile – it can go dressy or casual and is comfortable for girls to run and play in. She gives measurements to cut to make the skirts for girls ages 2 – 5, though you could easily adjust the measurements to make them in other sizes, too.
