Shelley Detton from 7 Layer Studio shows how she created the giant ribbon and flower bows that she used to make this gorgeous wreath. They’re made from fake flowers layered with gathered fabric and loops of ribbon. On a slightly smaller scale, they would also make cute hair accessories for little girls!
