Cheryl from Sew Can Do created this beautiful faux fur capelet as a wrap for her daughter to wear over a winter dress.  It covers the arms and keeps warm without covering up the entire dress.  She shares a tutorial showing how she made it.  It’s made of a soft Cuddle fabric.  It’s lined, with the edges of the Cuddle fabric wrapping for a more finished look.  If you need a warm layer for your child to wear over a winter dress, you can use her tutorial to make one.
