Deborah from Sew Much To Give shares a tutorial showing how to make these cute tiered ruffle jeans skirt. Her tutorial is for the Skirting the Issue series by Simple Simon & Co. to encourage sewists to make new skirts for girls in foster care. The top of the skirt is recycled from old jeans, with rows of ruffles sewn to it to make it a skirt. You can make as many tiers as you like. I’m loving the flower emebellishments she added above the ruffles!
