It’s actually a hack of one of her knit tank top, a previously published free pattern (fits girls’ sizes 3-8). She shortens the tank top pattern to make the bodice, and then adds a pretty gathered skirt finished with a contrast hem band. I am loving how she used that large scale print for the skirt!!
