Tutorial: Girls’ tulle sweatshirt dress

Autumn from It’s Always Autumn recreated the look of a cute sweatshirt tutu dress she saw, but for a fraction of the price of buying it. She shares a tutorial showing how she did it, starting with an expensive sweatshirt and adding the tulle skirt. It turned out so cute! And it’s an easy project, too!
