You know the tomato pincushion that everyone has? Ana from The Lost Apron shows how you can update your traditional red tomato pincushion by giving it a new fabric outside. Neat idea! It keeps the classic tomato shape but the different fabric gives it an unexpected twist. She chose a pink gingham which has a sweet retro feel to it. Use florals, stripes, any design that suits your fancy.
