Ren from The Inspired Wren shows how you can make a little pouch to hold a small bottle of hand sanitizer.  The fabric jacket wraps around a bottle of hand sanitizer, and a button loop at the top lets you hook it to a purse strap.  A fold over elastic strap keeps the bottle in place inside the cover.  You can make the cover from small fabrics in your scrap bin.  Even the bits of fold over elastic are small, so if you have shorter lengths of that left over from other projects this is a good way to put it use.
