Tutorial: Hot Air Balloon halter dress with scrappy applique

Jessica from Me Sew Crazy shares a tutorial for making her Hot Air Balloon dress.   After I got through lusting over that fabulous hot air balloon print she used on the skirt of the dress, I read through the tutorial only to find out that SHE MADE THAT PRINT.  Seriously, wow!!  The cloud background is drawn on the solid yardage with a fabric marker, and the balloons are pieced from her scrap stash.  Her tutorial shows how to make the custom print, and then how to sew it into a cute halter dress.  Get the tutorial.
