Maggie from Smashed Peas and Carrots shares a tutorial at Riley Blake Designs blog showing how to make this house tooth fairy pillow.  There are two hidden pockets – a small pocket behind the door where your child can tuck his or her tooth, and a larger pocket on the back where the tooth fairy can leave a small treat in exchange.  Go to her post to get the tutorial:
