Tutorial: How to measure to make curtains
The only thing I find difficult with making curtains is getting the measurements. The sewing part is easy, it’s figuring out how big to cut the fabric that stresses me out. Julie from Yulki’s Home Decor has a great tutorial telling how to measure for curtains. She tells how to figure what size pieces to cut based on the length of your curtain rod, the type of curtain you want to make, the diameter or height of your curtain rod, and the length of curtain you want.
