The tearaway stabilizers you need for machine embroidery (or perhaps free motion stitching on lightweight fabrics) can get expensive. Depending on where your embroidered motifs end up, there’s usually a lot of larger scraps left over. My thrifty self HATES throwing those pieces away! Joy from Joy’s Jots, Shots, & Whatnots shows how to take those larger scraps of tearaway stabilizer and piece them back together again to make a new piece. Brilliant! Get the tute.
