Tutorial: Last minute genie costume for a little girl

Here’s an adorable little genie costume that you make last minute! It’s styled after characters on the Shimmer and Shine TV show, but you don’t have to know the show to think this is super cute. The costume is includes a genie hat and scarf, a vest, embellished t-shirt, and a pair of pants. The only sewing necessary is on the pants, and even that is super easy. The rest can be put together with glue.
