Tutorial: Last-minute stingray costume

Autie from iCandy Handmade shows how she created a last-minute stingray costume for her friend’s son. This is such a cool costume! It doesn’t look last minute at all! It’s basically a big felt tunic, though cut in the shape of a stingray. She used black felt for the back and gray felt for the front, and added a tail and beady eyes.
