Tutorial: Layered lace skirt

Irene from Serger Pepper guest blogs at Mabey She Made It with a tutorial showing how you can make this layered lace skirt. It’s made so there are no raw edges showing, even on the back of the lining. It’s hard to see in the photo here, but the lining is finished with a contrasting facing, with just a smidge of the facing peeking out like a faux piping. She gives dimensions to make it in sizes for newborn baby through womens XL.
