Shauna from Shwin & Shwin shows how she made this beautiful fairy princess costume dress for her young daughter. It’s actually a simple t-shirt bodice with a circle skirt, but layers of tulle give it the float and the fluff that all good fairy princesses require. This style would work for lots of costumes by switching out the colors. Black tulle would make a cute witch or cat costume. Pink tulle could be a ballerina.
