Tutorial: Little girls gathered skirt with a ruffle and a bow

Crafty Hour shares a tutorial for making this little girl’s gathered skirt, with a ruffle and bow at the hem. She made it as a Christmas skirt, but it would be cute for any season depending on the fabrics you choose. You’ll need three coordinating fabrics – one for the waistband and hem band, one for the main skirt, and one for the bottom ruffle. She gives cutting dimensions to make a skirt in sizes 6-12 months through 6T.
