Jenny from Seamingly Smitten shows how you can make a basic knit dress for a little girl. I used to love putting my daughter in this style of dress when she was little! The knit dress is comfortable for everyday wear and playtime, but it’s also looks nice enough to wear to church. You can make your own bodice pattern by tracing around a t-shirt that fits your child. The skirt is a gathered skirt with in seam pockets. You can make the bodice and skirt from different fabrics, or from the same fabric.
