Tutorial: Little girl’s patchwork tiered skirt

Surayya from Blissful Sewing shares a tutorial for making a little girl’s patchwork tiered skirt. There are three tiers in all, plus a ruffle around the bottom. All are made with a patchwork of fabric squares. The measurements she gives will make a skirt to fit a little girl size 2T/3T, but you can easily adjust the dimensions to make it in another size.
