Tutorial: Little girls t-shirt overlay bubble dress

Remona from The Stitching Scientist shows how you can make an easy t-shirt bubble dress for a little girl. By starting with a purchased t-shirt, all you have to do to make it a dress is add the bubble skirt. The skirt is sewn to the under side of the t-shirt hem, so it looks like separates but has the ease of wear that you get with an all-in-one dress. It looks to be a quick but satisfying sewing project.
