Tutorial: Little girls t-shirt ruffle skirt

Becky from Crafty Betty shares a tutorial at Nap Time Crafters showing how you can make this little girl’s t-shirt ruffle skirt. The whole thing is made from recycled t-shirts. You can find t-shirts in just about any color of the rainbow. Thrift stores and rummage sales are a good source for inexpensive used shirts, and they usually have plenty to choose from.
